Returns and Refunds Policy
At Plas Collective, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of used, washed, or damaged items.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at creative@plascollective.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect on your account depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
